hey well do this but the longer u do it the faster ur hair will grow and be patient. go to a indian grocery store and get cocunut oil. using cocunut oil will make ur hair shiny long and silky also strong. also get shikakai powder. this is herbal and it works like a conditioner and shampoo. regular shampoos are very damaging to ur hair. twice a wk in the night warm the oil. make sure its enough oil and put the warm oil all over ur scalp and hair. the gently massage ur scalp using ur finger tips for 5 min. sleep with a plastic cap. next morning use the shikakai powder. u add it to water to turn into a thick paste. put it on ur scalp and hair. u can leave this on ur hair for 10 min r even hrs just wash it out with water. when u r done take a little bit of cocunut oil and put it on ur hair dont put it on ur scalp. always airdry ur hair not heating tools no blowdryers and no chemicals always trim a little bit of ur ends every 10 wks
