I never try them before and I wanna know if anyone taking them and how fast your hair grows in two weeks and in a month. And do you like taking them???

then 1/2 inch a month the product may make your hair

Maybe, I mean, if your getting in lot's of fiber and protein, then it should get through your blood system and eventually make your body grow at least an inch...

No. Hair grows about a half inch a month. Try prenatal vitamins. It will make your hair stronger and might make it grow slightly faster. There is nothing that will make your hair grow an inch in two weeks.

yea uh it doesnt really work for your hair I've tried it and the only difference I see is in my nails but probably not cuz my nailes grow really fast anyway. Sorry the only thing I can tell you is be patient.
