The right kind of vitamins can help which ones I am not sure.

I don't see how it'd work, in scientific terms.

What works for me is biotin. They sell these nutrients in the form of pills. One tablet a day.

BIOTIN. Remember that. I believe it is otherwise known as Vitamin H. Just look it up.

dont listen to the second answerer! there isnt a way to make ur hair grow faster other than taking good care of it! shower regularly, shampoo AND condition each time, etc. its hair and it will grow out eventually. just have patience. best of luck!
