let me dispel the myth that "our" hair won't grow. i'm living proof that it will. when i stopped using alot of heat and left it alone (with braids then ponytails), i was able to grow my hair from 3-4" to almost waist length in three years.

usually more than anything else, it's what we do to our hair than what we use on it. and your hair IS growing. if it wasn't, you would be bald. if it has remained the same length for a long time, it's just breaking as fast as it grows. mine did this for almost 20 years until i changed some things. contact me if you'd like more advice. i have to know what you're doing to your hair now before i can give any meaningful advice.
