It is a fact that the following WILL grow anyone's hair and fast= moisture and the correct blend of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. the length will weigh it down lol.. Just make sure you keep lotsa layers.. Get hair like Heath Ledger(r.i.p.) had.. when it was long andyways..
