Is this even possible? I am growing my hair and it seems like it never has any style during this growing out phase.

just put plenty of layers into it...it adds volume, looks great when your hair is down, and even looks shapely in a ponytail. i did it and got many compliments

try side swept bangs or layers and btw. long hair is really comeing back in style!
