PLEASE trust me, I've worked in the hair industry for years. I work for a very prestigious hair care company and travel to beauty shows.

Honestly, I'm sorry to say, that there is no magic solution to making your hair grow faster.

There are however, alot of tips you can follow that will help.

Hair growth speed is something genetic and hormonal and you can't change that.

The most important thing is keeping your hair healthy!!!!!

That means eating healthy, taking vitamins and supplements daily, using a high quality shampoo and conditioner, and trimming often!!

The biggest mistake that women make is not cutting their hair so that they can get it longer.

The more often you trim your hair, the healthier it will be and it will boost the growth process.

Although extensions can be very pretty if well done and will give you instant ling hair, they can pull on your roots which will actually slow your hair growth process.

Just keep your hair healthy and don't try any crazy remedies that people reccomend because it may end up harming your hair!
