my hair at the moment is growing fine n all, i have it trimmed every 3 months ish but the problem is that my fringe never seems to grow, it grows to a certain point and thats it. Any suggestions or reasons as to why its stopping???
ive heard that possible keeping my parting the same isn't helping??

massage that part of your head daily .seriously it will get the blood flowing to that part of your head and the hair will grow
